Return & Refund Policy

At The Amore Vault, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our return and refund policies below for physical and digital products.


Physical Products (Print-On-Demand)

All physical products are custom-made to order. As such, we only accept returns or offer replacements in the following cases:

  • Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or has a printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item or the wrong design, please contact us immediately.

Steps to Report an Issue:

  1. Send an email to theamorevault@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the product showing the issue.
  2. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no cost.

Important Notes:

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Please double-check product details and sizing before placing your order.
  • For undeliverable packages due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital files, all sales of digital products are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on digital downloads under any circumstances.

Examples of Digital Products Include:

  • Downloadable artwork
  • Digital invitations
  • Editable templates or files

General Terms

  • We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests if they do not meet the above criteria.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for any approved refunds to be processed.
